We had a great Easter Day on Sunday the weather was beautiful and we had all the kids home, except for Jodi, she was in Phoenix with her family soaking up some real sun!  Cody flew in Saturday for a few days from San Diego it was so good to see him!!!
Bart is tending a flock of chicks so we thought that some Ducks would be fun for Easter! and the girls just loved them! We had a BBQ and a Easter Egg hunt for everyone, which is so fun to watch! and we got to have it outside which is something we have not done for years! usually the weather stinks, so it was fun to be outside! here are a few pictures…...

I can't believe its been so long since I have written a post! I have a few family updates.
First me and Megan flew down to Las Vegas to meet Cody and Jessie and the girls and to help them move home, yep we are so excited to have them in the Valley now! Cody is still working in San Diego but is going to be starting a new pilot job where he works all over the U.S. flying for seismic crew's, so they can live anywhere they want to, and Cody will fly into the job site, 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. We are so glad they choose to live here!

Taylor is playing softball for Teton and having a great time! We went to Shelley to watch a game last week and the game was going great till she was trying to catch a fly ball and her and her best friend collided going for the same ball! it was a dirty crash! Taylors friend is also named Tayler just spelled a little different. She had surgery yesterday for a badly broken nose :( she also had to get stitches on her nose from the impact of Taylors braces! ooooch! Our Taylor had a couple of teeth knocked around a concussion and some bruises. We went to the Orthodontist that night and while he was pulling her teeth back where they belonged, he pulled a big piece of her friends skin out of Taylors braces, Oh gross!!! The orthodontist said it was a good thing that she had braces on, or her teeth would of went flying!!!! Oh I should mention that Tayler caught the ball and held on to it!!!!!
Its spring break right now, so it was good that she didn't have to go to school all swollen and bruised.
We are looking forward to Spring! and getting out into the yard and garden! but as usual winter just wont give up! You would think I would be use to it after 31 years in the Valley!!

Weddings Weddings Weddings !!!

We are into full Wedding Planning mode at our house! We did these cute save the date cards for Kate and Wade to send to the people who live far away. There are so many things to pull together, its all fun just a little stressful cuz ya don't want to forget anything!! Bart is home for the summer! thank heavens! and he seems to be picking up some work here and there so we are grateful. For those you who don't know Kate will be married on Sept 3, 2011 and Chad on July 30, 2011 We are so happy and feel like we hit the jackpot on our new son and daughter in law's they are so awesome and we already love them!

We are also getting ready to go to Martins Cove next week and are excited to have that experience with Taylor and Paige! We have our bonnets ready and our Mosquito repellant ready to go!

The Birthday Girl

My girl Kate, my 1st born, had a birthday last week, she turned 27yrs old. and well... I feel Old... its a good thing that I'm not!!! LOL. I can remember the day that she was born like it was yesterday! I just fell in love with her and have loved her ever since. I think the baby days went a little slower because she was the first and I had time to take it all in! she was so much fun!! now those last two girls right there in the that picture.... where the heck did they come from and how the heck did they grow up so fast??? oh I just love them all!!!!!!
